As a result, of the ten most expensive homes currently for sale, as many as six are in Tuscany. And if you extend the rating to twenty, then it will be eleven Tuscan estates. If you go through the list, in addition to Tuscany, it marks the well-known Italian fashionable areas: Cortina, Lake Como, Positano, Taormina and others.

Very often, the high price of real estate is due to its historical or cultural value. So, for 16 million euros you can buy a castle Montauto in Impruneta (12 km from Florence) and get the opportunity to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of antiquity.
